Yes. Our Free plan lets you get started at no cost and includes core features like horse records, lesson scheduling, and a basic booking page. As your business grows you can upgrade to a paid plan for advanced features like online payments, document signing, team user seats, and more.
Absolutely. There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page inside the app. You'll retain full access until the end of your current billing period, and your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Stable Flow integrates with PayFast to accept payments from your riders. Once you connect your PayFast account (Merchant ID and Passphrase) in your settings, clients can pay for bookings and wallet top-ups directly through your booking page. Funds are settled to your bank account by PayFast on their standard schedule — Stable Flow never holds your money.
No. Riders can make a booking through your public booking page without creating an account. If you prefer, you can also invite riders as registered users so they have their own profile, booking history, and wallet — giving them a richer experience and making record-keeping easier for you.
Yes. Each business gets a dedicated booking page at a Stable Flow URL by default. On eligible plans you can point your own custom domain (e.g. book.mystable.co.za) to your booking page. Instructions for configuring your DNS are provided in the Website settings inside the app.
This depends on your plan. The Free plan supports a limited number of horses and active riders. Paid plans offer higher or unlimited caps. You can see exactly what each plan includes on the pricing section of this page.
Yes. You can invite staff members to your organisation and assign them roles. Each invited user gets their own login. The number of additional user seats available depends on your subscription plan.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Files and media are stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We never share or sell your data. Payments are processed directly by PayFast — we store only the reference details needed for your records.
Stable Flow is a web application that works beautifully on mobile browsers — no app download required. Simply open your browser on any smartphone or tablet and you have full access. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap for a future release.
